Step 1 Reservation 
              Contact us &  will give you specific details regarding the property (price, computation, lay out & available units offered).
              Reserve the specific unit you want to purchase. Reservation fee Php 25,000.00

Step 2: Fill up the Forms
              1.  Reservation Aggreement              2.  Buyer's Information Sheet

Step 3Reservation Deposit
              Payments options.
              1. Cash
              2. Cheque
              3. Telegraphic Transfer 

          *An Acknowledgement Receipt will be issued upon receipt of cheque/payment. The Official Receipt will be issued after the 3-day clearing period.


Step 4: Submission of Requirements
             After we received your reservation fee, requirements should be submitted within 30 days upon reservation

Step 5: Contract to Sell
             The Contract to Sell will be processed within 2 weeks after all necessary documents have been submitted by the buyer.
